  This group is all smiles and sweetness when you sign up with them, I had both car and home with them. But when I found better coverage at a better rate elsewhere, now it seems like pulling teeth to get my refund. The people I talk to seem to cut you off when you have questions and turn a bit defensive when you ask simple questions. I'm shocked but now I see why many members of my family had been with them but have since left. So many other agencies are happy for the business and ready to help with questions. A refund check was mailed 6/24 but still haven't received it as of today, 7/2. They want me to wait 30 days before reissuing a new check. Not happening, to quote another commercial "Its my MONEY and I want it NOW!"

  really bad not good . I didn't know what kind of business .they said ( we will charge you 126$ for first month, than wil charge you 109$ per month.) however, they charge me 126$ for first month, and they sent to me the bill for next month which are 222$ for two month , and I said ((Ok)) but they charge me more than 250$ moreover I described my situation to them , I'm student. Shame to take money from people without permission .I was give them copy of my check, because I was trust them. Also I canceled my policy number with them.
