  Outstanding clinic! I have had to use them 2xs now and both times, the staff has been professional, compassionate and went above and beyond. Because my regular vet is a bit pricey, this guys are actually cheaper then them! But it's a drive, which is ok at 3am, I'm just so glad to have an option. Thank you VCA for taking care of Izzy!

  Money, money, money. That's the name of the game at this place. Overpriced. Non-existent communication. Zero compassion. Plan on spending a ridiculously long time waiting for your pet to receive any care. Due to the line of my work, I have had the unfortunate need to bring animals to the Kzoo Emergency Vet on multiple occasions. Each time I come, I am amazed at how terrible the whole experience is. The only reason I have used this place more than once is because I feel like it is the only option within reasonable driving distance. Tonight after collecting a credit card deposit over the phone (for an overnight stay, after waiting three hours for a surgery that was supposed to take 45 min to an hour), the receptionist said 'It went through' and then hung up on me. I definitely plan to seek alternate emergency veterinary care elsewhere, even if it means driving twice as far. I would strongly urge anyone seeking prompt and compassionate medical attention for their pet to look elsewhere.
