  I had the POLICE called on me by this guy. Started with my girlfriend wanting to have them send a detailed copy of her homeowners policy to her house. He was very defensive and would not send it with her request. He wanted us to waist time and stop by to talk. She felt disrespected by him because she is female. Due to her schedule, it was impossible for her to stop by. So, she called and requested a copy to be ready for me to pick up. I went there today and had a pleasant experience with the lady there. She knew of the request and printed it out for me with no trouble. The the guy came out and asked what was going on after I was completely ready to go. He was very invasive, defensive, and asking many questions. I did not want to respond, so I mostly said that we would like to look at other insurances to check rates. He then grabbed these 2 pieces of paper from me and went to take them. I quickly grabbed them back a proceeded to leave. He came outside with me and stood behind my car blocking me from leaving. I got out and moved him with my chest and he called the cops. After speaking with the police, they concluded there was no criminal actions and no charges needed to be pressed. This guy continued by calling my girl and defended his actions even though he was completely wrong and continued to belittle her. After she decided to not talk to him anymore, he called from another phone number and drove her nuts. I am not saying anything against Farm Bureau, they might be the right company. This guy will never make one dollar from us.
